Actor Paul Hogan is free to leave Australia after reaching an agreement with the Australian Taxation Office.
Hogan's lawyer issued a statement a short time ago saying that the actor would be allowed to fly back to Los Angeles but must provide security.
The statement did not specify any sum for the security.
Hogan remains in dispute with the Tax Commissioner and reiterated his claims of innocence and denial of wrongdoing.
