The win keeps Bacchus Marsh sixth on 111 points, still some way off the finals pace of fourth-placed Kyneton Golf.
In metro pennant, Melton got its closest challenge yet but won 14-79 to 4-78 against Altona 3 to remain top of division 3, section 1.
