AUTHORITIES are outraged after offenders dumped rubbish and vandalised toilets and doors at Pykes Creek Reservoir at the weekend.
Southern Rural Water supply west manager Edward Smith said people had defecated on the floors of public toilets, ripped doors off hinges and dumped rubbish in and around the reserve.
He said compliance officers were monitoring the area.
