A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of Ballan's Andrew Caulfield, missing since November 9, after he failed to appear in Ballarat Magistrates Court last week on one count of rape.
He was charged on November 6 and appeared in the court the next day.
Ballan's Senior Constable Ian Watson confirmed a missing person report was filed in December.
